Can you tell our readers about how Turks and Caicos differs from other Caribbean Islands?
The island is unique in that it allows travelers to relax and be pampered, but also has many activities to offer the active traveler. Having the third-largest barrier reef in the world, Turks is renowned as a top scuba diving and snorkeling destination and Long Bay Beach, where The Shore Club is located, is one of the top kite surfing destinations in the world.

What is the destination best known for?
Grace Bay Beach has been named multiple times World’s Best Beach, and the island is known for its turquoise water and sparkling white sand - there is truly nothing like it anywhere in the world.

What are the best and worst times times to visit Turks and Caicos?
Turks and Caicos is beautiful year round, but the high season is typically between late December and early May.

What are the best routes to travel from the United States?
There is direct airlift from many major cities including New York City, Dallas, Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Boston and Miami.

Describe some of the activities for families.
Turks & Caicos offers a variety of activities for families, from horseback riding to snorkeling and boat day trips. Our team is happy to set up guests for these activities, in addition to making sure families have the property accommodations to ensure they have everything they need during their visit - from kitchens to laundry and full living areas. The Palms and The Shore Club also have their own Kid’s Clubs: Conch Kritters Club at The Palms and and Jungle Jam at The Shore Club, complimentary with daily activities.

Describe activities for adults.
The Palms and The Shore Club both offer swim-up bars in their pools, incredible spas and a complimentary Kid’s Club, so that parents can enjoy their adult time.

What are the accommodations like in the region?
Turks and Caicos offers something for everyone, whether you are looking for a family vacation, romantic honeymoon trip, or girlfriend getaway. We offer different experiences with The Palms, located on the buzzy Grace Bay Beach, and The Shore Club, set on the quiet Long Bay Beach. Both offer a variety of restaurant options, pools for kids and adults and spacious accommodations.

Tell us about the cuisine.
Being surrounded by the ocean, the main focus of Turks and Caicos cuisine is seafood. The island offers everything from sushi to Indian and Chinese. At The Palms and The Shore Club, we focus on using local ingredients like conch, combined with global influences. SUI-REN at The Shore Club is a whimsical Japanese-Peruvian style while Parallel23 at The Palms is a blend of Caribbean Fusion.

Tell us a bit about your properties.
The Shore Club debuted just last year and is the first and only resort on Long Bay Beach. It’s a soulful place with an active energy that transcends throughout the entire resort, easily combining the Caribbean lifestyle with a vibrant collection of individual experiences. Guests will have the option to learn locally cultivated activities such as kite-boarding - not to mention there are four pools, direct access to the 2.5-mile secluded Long Bay Beach and a wide range of water activities. In January, the resort unveiled three new luxury oceanfront villas adjacent to the property, offering resort amenities to guests. The Palms is a 72 suite resort located right on the famed Grace Bay Beach. The resort boasts an award-winning 25,000 sq. ft. Spa - one of the best in the Caribbean, a serpentine infinity pool with swim-up bar, fine dining and casual restaurants.
